Default Mk II* Carriers for North Africa

In Bill Gregg's Profile Series, he has a pair of photos of a prototype MkII* built for a British Contract to be used in North Africa. It was fitted with bows for a canvas cover and full sand skirts.

While looking through photos from Ford of Canada, I realized there were a couple which were probably taken of this vehicle. The first shows round steel posts mounted on the top of the side armour and the second one shows the bottom of bows bolted onto these posts.
