A cab 13 cab on the back of a truck being used as a turret (?). Although the proportions look to be not correct, ie the height of the window glass to nosecone. Somethings not right.

... they've used a CMP front shell and possibly cab frame, added a spacer above that and used a standard roof or maybe just fabricated the rest.

Looked like a German MAN to me more than a CMP.

The cab up on the back definitely seems to have some CMP content Ed but you may be right about the truck underneath, it could well be a MAN.
'Many Alterations Needed', and it's surely had them.
