Default Mystery marking

Hi Folks,

I've been cataloging some more of our WW2 photos for the museum archive and I stumbled across this little ditty. The photo is of a member standing in front of a C15 of HQ 10th infantry Brigade (60 tac sign). The conundrum I have is identifying what the Q12 on the bumper would represent. I've referenced a couple sources but have come up empty handed. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Steve
