Question 3 inch 16cwt conversion from 20 cwt AA gun

First, I apologise for the long title, but having got that out the way, does anyone know any more about the conversions of the obsolete 3" AA guns.
Records show that 100 guns were re-used, 50 went to arm the Churchill, another 50 were used on the 17pdr carriage, 25 for home service, the remainder went to the Middle East.

As a stop-gap measure, as the manufacture of 17pdrs carriages was in advance of the barrels, "some" 3" 20 cwt barrels were fitted, the gun re-classified as the 3" 16cwt.....

The "Pheasant" is fairly well documented, but searches so far have not uncovered anything on the use of 3" barrels......anyone any info or ideas ????

Thanks.

George.
