It's good to see you have taken on the web site, it needed a bit of an update. I also like the chose of cmp on the home page.

And one of the images on the "ANZAC" page - I went to look at the site again but found it's too popular and has exceeded the bandwith limit... just as well someone sent me this image of the CGT full of vets at the shrine. Look at the poor old "ex-Vietnam vet" in the back. Looks like a bad case of shell shock!

Gee Keith I didn't know you were an ex Vietnam vet. You look more like a bofors brake operator who's lost his gun. "honest sarg it was thier when I last looked"

I was a year too young for conscription...
Must be the stress from the missing Bofors.
A funny incident happened after we did a run down St. Kilda Rd, as a non-vet I was trying to keep a low profile squatting behind the rear seat. The phone rang and my daughter called me from Bendigo to say I was on TV... apparently as I crouched one of the TV cameras spotted me and went for the big close-up. How embarrassing!

Hmm, looks more like a poor daydreaming sod: "I want one of these gun tractors too...."

Great site, Mike - keep up the good work!

No, it was more a case of deep thought - "if I can just distract Euan for long enough I can gas axe the rear section and make off with it for my gun tractor"
