7.50-20 tire

I am looking for a pair of inexpensive 7.50-20 truck tires.
Do not need to be road worthy as long as they are decent enough to hold air.
Civilian pattern OK.
Need to shoe my Chevy to move it around and into the garage, the current rear tires are shredded.
