Along with the Sextons, two carriers. (as well as the bike, half-track, Sherman, etc) The carrier on the right appears to be a MK-I* updated to MK-II style, repositioning the off side MK-I* headlamp complete with original mounting base to the more familiar MK-II position. I am pretty sure there is another image floating about with that carrier WD number showing, CT201555. These fortunate gunners get to finally go home. ![]() |

Interesting to see the cable reel moved to the battery box instead of being on the engine cover, makes opening of the engine cover much easier, but makes opening the battery box to access the main electrical disconnect switch much more troublesome. Great photo.
