I don't think much of the water tank, but are those hubs and wheels off a 25pdr or No27 Limber?:

And I caution you not to look at the seller's other items, that will be 15 minutes of your life you will never get back, but this item looks interesting, front and centre of the pic and the comment "We have plenty more old petrol / gas / diesel items in stock":

Yes, they appear to be the artillery hubs complete with the proper 3 piece rims complete with the little claws for the drag ropes.
If that were on this side of the world, I would have been heading out right now to buy a trailer.
