Military Collision reports

Does anybody know where DND motor vehicle collision reports might be stored?

This might be another source of information for the vehicles no longer in service.

I know the WW2 reports are on file at the National archives and are not closed to the public. Unlike the personnel records.

I heard from somebody servicing that they purge the collision reports from personnel files after 7 years.

I am not sure if they refile them somewhere else after that.

These are deemed public documents, which is why the WW2 one are accessible to all.
