15 cwt truck identification needed

Hello guys! Is this a Bedford MWD? This picture was taken in Tirane on 28 november 1944. The truck and the Pak 38 belonged to an artillery battery of the Albanian National Liberation Front, the partisan army leaded by Enver Hoxha.
