Anyone has information on the Churchill 3" gun carrier ?? Do we have this vehicle at any moment ? Any pictures available?? Were they use in combat and were??

If i understand, we were issued 9 of these gun in England i supposed ?? But none of these saw action in combat. Any idea for the markings ??
Why i ask is because i want to build one in 1/35, and i try to collect the more info i can..
