Rusty CMP sighted in Grey County

I was travelling through Durham Ontario this week and was detoured around town due to construction and saw a CMP Ford Cab with a home built crane on the chassis. It was running and being used at the time. It was in some kind of salvage yard around County Rd4 and Concession 2. Not sure of that but I was in a transport and unable to be positive or stop. Is this new or has this been reported before.
