I realize that most of the people who read this forum are vehicle collectors, but the implications of such foolhardy legislation effect all aspects of collecting. This deals with the issue of the sale of medals and once again the misguided issue has raised its ugly head. I scanned this from the 24 November edition of The Ottawa Citizen.
