Workshop Trucks

I have been reading the establishment details for a war-time REME Light Aid Detachment Type "C".

In this document as part of the vehicles allocated it list a Machinery, type "K light".

Am I correct in saying that this is a 15cwt with welding plant, or is it a conventional 3 ton Workshop Truck?
