I think you;ll find it's a D60 with two speed Eaton axle

The coach builder De Jong based in the town of Sleeuwijk converted a number of C8A into this sleek looking fire truck:

Wasn't there a similar, but unrestored, vehicle in Bert's auction in Berghem?
