You'll be lucky........Boss heads are not a bolt you can buy off the shelf. You may have to improvise.

Yes just got back... Went countersunk high tensile. Boss heads were a "good luck with that" I could get them in mild but not countersunk which is no use.

My youngest (6 years) has just climbed in and dialled the nuts on for me

Should have her back on her tracks By the end of the week.

I had a few boss head bolts made ages ago. I did ask on here but nobody seemed interested in getting a bigger batch done. I could do with a few of the 5/16 size ones.

I've got drawings for them somewhere.

I've found six year olds to be helpful for about 15 minutes then something less helpful usually becomes more interesting at which point I start to wonder if the father son bonding was such a good idea :-)) seeing how many of the 1/2" drive socket set can be joined together to form the biggest tool in the workshop was today's more interesting but less helpful activity.
