N0, I think the mule tires are the farthest from the original size. They are the non-directional US tread shown in my photos. The forklift tires that others talked about are only slightly wider but not much bigger. The mule tires are available in the USA from a number of sources. The best price for them that I have found is Summit racing who offer free shipping in the US.

The Dybatrac tires from the M1A bomb carts are closer, but not highway rated. They were made by Specialty Tires of America (I believe the mule tires are as well) and may also be available from Summit or Coker tire.

All on the wrong side of the pond for the UK I'm afraid.
