Chris it's not the Blitz that attracts the Jillaroos it's the Jackaroos, did you notice them in the photo, and I'm sure the Jillaroos have changed since that the photo was taken, by the way it takes more than a raincoat to be a Jillaroo.

Have changed the carby due to a build up of scale and oxidation in the bowl - does anyone have a good cure for that?
Also drove it over to have the steering and alignment checked. Interesting to watch them at work with 150-ton jacks manipulating the axle - it bends quite a lot, then rebounds back to be slightly different to it's old shape. Spectacular to watch actually. Both camber and caster angles were set, then the wheels were aligned. As a final check it was measured to make sure all was square. Driving it home it was noticeably smoother and handled a lot better, although I'm now having to turn my attention to the steering box which has tight then loose spots indicating a worn sector shaft. So does anyone out there have a spare, good small steering box for a Ford? I have one from a cab 12 which I can install, but I also need another for the FGT. So today it did a run of 70-odd km and ran very well.

Out of curiousity, if she is a service dog (as we call them in Canada) what does she help you with? I've seen many blind and low vision service dogs. A lady at work had one so she because she could not hear fire alarm frequencies. Some people have them for calming in social situation. One lady in Ottawa kept a small monkey for that reason, but the bus drivers refused to let her ride the bus, which made her doubly anxious.

![]() Princess comes into her own when I am by myself at home. As I cannot hear people come to the door she will come and get me. She also is trained to turn lights on and partially trained to pick things up for me as well. As I can still walk a bit I have really neglected her training a bit but as she is also a companion dog I guess it does not matter. ![]() New dog laws for Blind, hearing and assistant dogs are due out here in Queensland this year as only Blind dogs are covered at present I only have the anti-discrimination laws to help me if someone objects to Princess coming into a shop with me.
