Default This may be pushing it

Colin

Tony from Ganmain,

Ive observed some of your projects with amazement (and mixed with considerable amount of envy at times). The shed is appears to be another testament at your skill. I hope your lousy at tennis or something to make me feel better!!!

You said you had plans for this shed, I am about to embark on the process of building a shed (council approvals etc) I was wondering what your may have cost if that's not too rude a question to ask. Perhaps a private message to either tell me to get lost or just return some general abuse is fine.

Tony, Colin builds these sheds for a living so he knows what he's about. I've visited Colin (you can meet him at Corowa next year) and he is not only a shed builder but an amazing restorer of vehicles as well.

Default Colin - extraordinaire!

Keith, believe me I know. Ive looked with awe at some of Colins extraordinary feats on Carriers, fabricating parts from designs on paper. As I said I'm extremely envious of his skill..

Would appreciate an intro if I havent frightened Colin off with my obnoxious style of thread replies........

Thankyou all for your very kind words, I,m sure we can all surprise ourselves with self achievement and simply "give it a go" except for tennis, footy, soccer, basketball, etc, etc, etc. I,m hopeless.
As far as the shed is concerned, it cost me about $20,000 with floor, but I had no labour cost and some of the materials were leftovers. I would estimate
a shed like that would be around $50k -$55k to have done. ( I am extremely fortunate to be in the trade) But if you can weld and have the facilities to do it, you would save at least $10k-$15k. You are very welcome to a set of engineer calcs which will save you $2.5K for a start. PM me if you want my private ph number. I will help anyway I can.
regards
Colin.
