Hi Erwin,
Great to see your D15 restored! It must have been a tremendous amout of work; well done! As for camouflage patterns, as said earlier I would opt for a nice Italian theatre scheme, introduced in April 1943, which used bold patterns of black, or SCC 7 (a dark olive green), over a base of SCC 5 "Light Mud", plus an air recognition roundel on the roof. Buy Mr. Starmer's books for contemporary camouflage schemes and colour paint chips so you can have the correct colours mixed up. Perhaps except for the odd mistake, you will not find trucks with roundels painted on the bonnet. Go for one on the roof as intended. Hope this helps, Hanno Quote:
