This ex-RNLAF CMP turns out to be an F15A - see more pictures in CMPs for sale in Belgium.

As the inside of the cab is painted red, I thought this F15A could have served as a fire fighting vehicle, either while in RNLAF service or after. However, on this site I found a ca. 1948 picture of an "Ford F15L Manschappen-slangenwagen" (personnell and hose truck) at Air Force Base Leeuwarden. It seems the interesting array of vehicles are any shade of green, but red!
