It is one of the new bodies from Hughes Trading which were rescued back in 1976. It's been in it's previous location for 29 years.
It was one of two which had been fire damaged, which as you can see has ruined the front part of the cab. ![]() It was lifted in true recovery style by a wrecker driven by the soon to be 80 John Belfield. ![]() Cliff, in answer to your question there are at least two restorable No8 Chevs and about the same number of Fords.
