There are lots of Bren mags in country and they usually run between $10 and $25 each. Not much point importing them, although if you were to pin it to 5 rounds or less with a pop rivet you should be OK. Last mags I sent home I rivetted to zero and left the page from customs re the pinning and highlighted the paragraph. Sure enough my barrack box got opened, and in the end it all made it to me.

If it was a 100 round drum however, they are exempt from the magazine regulations and would be OK to posess in unmodified form.
