Default ECC Numbers

Currently ECC stands for Equipment Configuration Code. What you have to remember is that at times vehicles were stripped down to their basic configuration before they were surplused. You therefore get artificially low totals for some of the specialty configurations and overly high numbers for the basic configuration. As well, vehicles surplused in the 1970s are not included in these totals.
