Default side lamps wire tube (conduit)

Hi,

In two chevrolet parts lists, CGT-01 of november 1942 and N° 197 of august 1942, I have find the part number of this side lamps wire tube.(conduit)
(used with rubber type lamps only)
The things that I can't find in this lists are the clips and the RH srews with washers and nuts to hold the tubes in place.
