Convoy lamps for the Canadian production UC series consisted of an assembly similar to these as shown. The flexible conduit is missing from the installation image. Compare the length of the 100145A lens assembly against the image from John.
The line drawing is taken from FUC-03, with part numbers for both the C01UC and C31UCW series. The C01UC 100145B assembly is fitted to the mounting bracket C01UC 100151. The flexible steel housing fastens to the wiring conduit elbow access. A similar style headlamp and horn flexible conduit (less the mounting plate) is available from Mac's. Their part number 64-21437, stainless steel, a set of three @ $9.75 USD.
