Hi Cliff, yes they are a different colour but have a closer look and you'll see that the sand colour is of a solid plate without relief holes.

There were several patterns of sprocket ring. Cast, forged and plate as well as different manufacturers styles. All interchangeable.

The Ram Kangaroo looked like this when it was recovered fron a UK range ! It has had an enormous amount of very high quality work done with very good attention to detail.

I understand from another forum that they will have a complete running Sherman Firefly also - though have not been able to confirm which version this is or where it has come from... anyone know?
