Carrier 25 is nothing like Carrier 21 (or Carrier No.1, which is the same thing before the renumbering).
Anyway, you need Carrier No.2 (or 22), which takes the set only and is much shorter. The Supply Unit fits on top of the set (on its side), and you need a longer "short strap" for that because of the keyhole slot positions and width/height of the supply unit. Someone posted photographs of a substantially correct setup. Chris.
