A quick look through the EMER KZ310/K412 for the amp lists all the bits. The control box should be ZA/CAN5070 and the aerial cable C19-2 aka C1 aka ZA/CAN5071. It has a Pye connector on one end that connects to the amp and spade lugs on the other to attach to the 22 set.

The emer has the wiring of the box and the 12 pin 19 set adaptor.
