I think some are concerned about ITAR, or don't understand the rules and the others may have an issue with not being paid due to some fraud perpetrated by people in other countries. I have always thought of the US in the same way as Canada and with few exceptions have always had a good experience. As mentioned, some just won't deal outside of the US and that's fine, as I can find most what I want elsewhere.

For Case tractor parts, I have found a small family business that knows what I need, will ship USPS and are as helpful as anyone could ever expect. I now deal with them, rather than others I have used in the past and especially the local overpriced and under motivated Case dealer. If anyone wants the contact info, I can post it up later.
