Chev C15 and C15A have the pivot running horizontal, (the 'D' hangs down) and on all the other C60S, C60L C60X and FAT have the pivot running vertical, (swinging from side to side). Front and rear on the Lynx have it running horizontal like the C15/C15A.

Regards Rick.

Default Chevrolets With Winch

Another interesting thing to note is that on late model Chevrolet CMPs equipped with winches, the inner bumper bracket on the LH side was extended and the D-Ring moved inward to accomodate the roller assembly for the winch.

Sorry Keith I should have said Chev, but I was commenting on or clarifying Ian's post where I learned something new. I seem to be forgetting things more than learning and it is probably age related.
Cheers,
Barry

Hello
difficul to find out what is the right bumper Type!
What about this one?

I removed it from a Ford FAT cab12, I dont understand why there is no holes for the big early roller, and the four screw are too wide to fit the late roller, or even fo the towing clevis.
Note that the four screws that hold the spring leaf have a different position on the right and the left, and the towing clevis are not mounted with the leaf spring .

Better to see the pictures

Cheers
Sylvain

Default I agree with Harle

The second bumper could be a LATT or a C60 Chevrolet.

The center engine crank bracket is Chevrolet and so are the two vertical springs of the radiator guard.

Cheers

Bob C

Correction.... it is a Ford bumper with the Ford vertical radiator support bar...... the Chev engine crank bracket is misleading...... Bob C

Default C15a

The C15 and C8A were the only ones with them hanging down, the C15A was like all other models.

Brian, I have posted a couple of photos of a bumper I have and it's the same as yours. I have also posted a photo of the bumper Ian refers to and it was something I didn't know. Thanks Ian.
