War Assets
hoping not to muddy the waters....
in Post WW2 the New Zealand Government formed 'The WARB. War Assets Rehabilitation Board'. Their objective was to ensure not too much surplus kit was released too quickly onto the civvie market as they wanted to stimulate the economy.
