I didn't record the measurements. It's the worm seal behind the steering wheel.
It's held in by the steel washer- not the best set up I've ever seen.

according to the workshop manual it is a cork seal and that matches Bishop steering boxes on lorries of the period that I've worked on, where the sector shaft comes out of the casing.
