Didn’t Princess Auto flog an A-Frame of sorts a few years back, set up for a ball hitch that some of the guys adapted for jeep towing?

I found an A-Frame at Princess 10-12 yrs ago when I first got my M38A1. Similar to this one, https://www.princessauto.com/en/deta...ar/A-p8041550e I've used it to pull start the Jeep. The only issue was it needed two 7/16 holes drilled in the bumper to attach two heavy gauge plates as the joining surface.

The military one has a heavy pin that adjusts for telescoping the length. It also has a complicated, but effective, bicycle type chain and bolt tie down assembly to attach to a square bumper.
