WO 15 is Battery Staff Wireless, a C15A with an Australian 2 or 2A body, definitely the winch is an add-on.
Also not all gun tractors had the 6" steering ends, in fact most if not all of the deliveries of those chassis to Australia were in 1942 before the 6" steering ends were introduced.
