Based on the data available, chassis no. 149 587 fits in between:
Model / Year / Chassis No. F15A / Feb 19 - 1943 / 117810 F15A / Aug-43 / 151801 So July/Aug 1943 is a good estimate. Could you please take a picture of where you found the number? It's a new location to me. Thanks, Hanno

Photo attached of a ford instrument panel that shows shadow outlines of data plates so at least one Ford seems to have had the data plates on the panel.

One will be a publications plate and the other may be the manufacturers plate.
F15 publications plate shown here. I have these available for F15, F15A, F60S, F60L and FGT. They are new old stock. $A20 each plus postage.

Thanks for posting all this. I have been looking for the chassis number on my recently acquired F15A and found it in this exact same location. And best of all, it matches the number on the title!
It's about 10,000 earlier than Vincent's truck. It also has the two tags on the instrument panel, and no sign of any other plates anywhere. The plates seem to match the truck. The deck appears to be from a welding truck, modified into a flat deck by cutting down the fenders (and removing the welder, of course). The brackets for the folding table are still there.
