Looking for recoilless rifle shells, parts , tripod etc.
I know I probably will not find the gun itself in Australia, will go down the reproduction road for that I think.

If you are on Facebook, there are groups for every niche interest. There is one (likely more) specifically on the 106RCL. One member posts pictures of tubes, cases, and parts but he doesn't reveal his sources. Other people have their remarks and questions about their own projects.

Can I get that link too please for the FB group. I'm having no luck finding the group through my searches. Even if you wish to pm me.
Rob love your kidding are you?! Impressive, very hard to find in Australia. Want to ship a few over to Australia?

Terry and Rob.
Any heads up on those links and any chance of getting some casings posted over to Australia?

Having bought a few things from Australia, I suspect the postage for just one of those cases is going to be exorbitant. Add to that Canada post does not allow inert or even replica ordnance in the mail stream. If they were going by air, the parcels would be x-ray'd and seized. If you PM me a postal code, I can weigh one up and see what it will cost. You can decide if that will scare you off, then we would have to figure out the "inert ordnance" thing. If you figure out another way to get them to you, I would happily get you as many as you like. I'm actually hoping to head out to that scrapyard today. |
