I have come across the odd one over the years, check all the typical places.
Flea markets, garage sales, antique shows etc. There is a fellow who comes to the Redball Show in Gilbert PA from time to time who specializes in license plates. I don't recall his name but I'll be sure to keep a look out in the fall at the next show.
