Default Correct Engine confirmation

Hi All, I'm asking if anyone can verify if a 1941 216ci from a chev pick up is identical to a 216 from a chevy blitz. If there are differences what would they be?The photo below is supposedly a 1941 splasher with pic of block caste #. no one has been able to identify from the caste number or engine # CR139042. both engines are seized and I wish to rebuild what will be the better of the two. The 43 has been full of water the 41 hasn't. Glad to have some insight. Thanks
