It became his pet and was often seen behind the Leopard ARV being dragged around from range to range as A Sqn RCD was training for CAT 83. The Sgn returned to Lahr by tank train (man those where the days) but the ARV had to stay in Hohne till a gentlemens agreement was reached in a collection of CF badges for the ARV that was brought down by road. Once at Lahr the A Sqn mechs got it running, it even participated in the roll past for the 84 Leiliefontein.
