Hanno thanks for the reply. I posted the question earlier. Since then I did a little more research. The photo is of the Ford yard in Windsor full of vehicles awaiting shipment. As can be seen on the bodyless chassis, all vehicles components appear to be painted the same colour, chassis, cab and body. Although I could not see a 01C chassis/cowl, I'll presume they also were painted the same.
