18 and 1/8" edge to edge.........................if you want some of these hinges contact Rory Ballard in Hampshire he had some cast in brass.

That's great, I'm a bit out overall in length and the profile is too shallow around the wing nut area. I'll adjust and re-post new drawings later.

The thread in the hinge clamp appears to be 5/16" probably BSW
