Spray guns have changed little over the years.
Looks like a Breakdown truck with a gantry visible.. likely it fell into Japanese hands.

Humber
Ford ute body turned upside down makes the ideal table.
Think the three trucks lined up are GMC..... better engine than the Chev 216. Mushroom collecting with the Chev. staff car.
