West. Aust. Govt. Railways workshops at Midland: assembly or maintenance of 25 pndr guns and other ordnance.
Truck assembly or reconditioning at Midland. Manufacture or rebuilding of the wooden GS bodies ? Quite a number of the MCP army trucks in these W.A. collections pics have the conventional 20" civilian type wheels fitted , maybe the production of the military style 18" divided rims was running behind the numbers needed.
