Wanted: Tire vote: New Production 10.50-16 Sand Tires...

Guys, I have a large company in China willing to work on this Goodyear type sand tire/All weather:

The cost to make the mold is $3,200-USD... If only 10 people got together it would be $320.00-USD each. That way we could have a mold for our tire, plus the cost per tire after the mold is done afterwards... The more tires we order, the cheaper they will be...

I have asked for an approximate cost per tire without providing an initial number of tires for an initial order (which is difficult for them to provide) but I was told I would have a price tomorrow...

I also should emphasize that I am not doing this to make money but merely to make this impossible to find tire size available after 85 years! but it will not happen without any cooperation... If we can give this a "GO" there will be full transparency regarding communication with the supplier/contact... In other words, I will pass along the pertinent information so that anyone can check on the progress of the project... I also don't see an issue with each individual wiring the funds directly to the supplier for the project, that way I am not handling any funds...

As for the tire specs, the approximate size will be:

Height: 890 mm or 35-1/16"
Width: 245 mm or 9-5/8"
Sidewall: 215 mm or 8-7/16"

Very close to the original sand tire from a museum in NZ...
