A Morris Commercial 15cwt, looks like a CS8 (six cyl engine), by the aero screens and open cab, but the brush bar is more like a C4 ( four cyl engine). It is possible that late CS8 had this type of bar.

Looks like it belonged to the AEME fire brigade, all I can say is that it appears they built it themselves
