Original generator/dynamo will easily produce 12 volts but you need to get a 12 volt voltage regulator from a car wrecking yard of any 60/70 era car (better if off a type that had generator not alternator). That's interesting, Lang - first time I've heard of getting 12v from a 6v generator. You've tried it yourself?
