I think any approach is best left to a dealer.

Judging from their initial advert, they also want to charge commercal foriegn goverment prices for these items which have no relation to current collector prices.

Over the last few years Ukraine has released large quanities of Russian, German and USA WW2 small arms on the market at a fraction of the price which Russian sources have quoted.
