Default Couple of opservations

Couple of things that should narrow down the period assuming that it as built at the plant not as it was assembled overseas.
1. Lifting flange on wheels
2. Chevy by the brush guard
3. Side curtains are the 3 panel not the later 4 panel design
4. Gas tank filler pipe is the long version
5. Spare Tire rack but this is unconclusive as Pattern 12s had this feature
6. Vacuum trailer brake unit unconclusive as it was used on the Pattern 13 cabs through out I think

Some place I have a letter from Bart Vanderveen laying out some of the running changes dates but if I remember correctly, he said that the dates where the change dates but not necessarily a universal or conclusive date as parts in the system continued to be used.
