1943 Canadian Chevrolet C8A Light Ambulance
An opportunity to own what I believe to be the only restored example of a C8A IC3 bodied ambulance. Vehicle has a well documented pedigree, being once owned by Bart Vanderveen in the late 60's. Manufactured on 14 September '43 it was totally restored by myself over a four year period to its original full combat configuration. It is complete down to the last external and internal detail including stretcher frame, stretchers (with casualty) and medical kit. Has featured in a number of magazines and is a prize winning vehicle. Economical, tax and MOT exempt plus a rare bit of history.
